With the warmer weather here, I love to spend at least 30-45 minutes outdoors – either doing yoga and stretching or talking a walk with my husband.
Getting outdoors and breathing in the fresh air really lifts my spirits and is a great way to start your day.
I think the key to success is baby steps and not to suddenly start a drastic change in diet or exercise that you will ultimately not be able to maintain.
Most importantly, be kind to yourself! Hydrate and make sure to get plenty of sleep. After all, you can’t take care of others unless you take care of yourself.
